Overview

Luma eNugget® Learning
A learning management system that includes over 1,000 eNuggets® or microlearning lessons that are highly customizable by a carrier.  Through our LumaLive® technology real-time safety meetings can be conducted and additional communication tools are available. With our digital form and file storage system, forms and documents can be secured, stored and accessed.    Requires onboarding and set up with Luma.

Luma Emerge™
A learning management system that includes over 1,000 eNuggets® or microlearning lessons that are out-of-the box and ready to assign on-demand.  With our pre-built curriculum schedule, drivers can be assigned this track when enrolled to have a yearly pre-set schedule built determined by Luma subject-matter experts.  Alternatively, admins can set their own assignments as needed.  Luma’s message tool is available through this technology.
